I've been at this facility for only month but have had no complaints. Staff is very helpful and make you feel comfortable by telling you exactly what to do and walk you through everything (not that it's rocket science, but is appreciated). Facility seems clean (at least on the first floor of the inside part where my unit is), no bugs, no trash, no weird/unwanted smells. Other tenants that I've run into have always been friendly, no problems sharing carts (there are two carts available by the entrance) and carts are always returned to their assigned spots. Would 100% recommend this facility for your storage needs.“
