Circle Storage Open House Prize Official Rules


  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT THAT PARTICIPANTS ATTEND ANY SALES PRESENTATION IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN.
  2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on April 1, 2024 at 9 a.m. EST through June 15, 2024 at 1 p.m (the "Contest Entry Period"), during the Contest Entry Period, visit any Circle Storage location and pick up a ticket. If you rent a new1 storage unit at any Circle Storage location during the Contest Entry Period, you will receive three (3) tickets. You will be required to provide your name and contact information so that we will be able to contact you if you win. Only one entry per household is allowed.
  3. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 20, 2024 by an employee or manager of Circle Storage to select the winner[s] from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner[s] will be notified by phone. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in forfeiture of prize and Circle Storage shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Income taxes, if any, resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Circle Storage, which shall be final in all matters. All federal and state laws apply.
  4. PRIZES: First Prize: One (1) day’s free rental of a Tesla Cybertruck from Eventures, LLC1. Second Prize: Two tickets to a FC Cincinnati game2 chosen by Circle Storage. Third Prize: A gift basket of pet products from Red Dog Resort & Spa, LLC. Only one (1) set of prizes will be given away for all open house events.  Separate drawings will not be held for each event.
  5. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: You agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. You further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

2 - Prize covers the cost of the rental. Winner must enter into a rental agreement with Eventures, LLC.
3- Use of tickets and game attendance is subject to all rules established by FC Cincinnati.
