She told me about the different sizes of the rental units and pricing. She offered to stay after hours to meet with me to view the storage unit. The service she offered was great. This company has been very good to me in times I needed it most. However, when my bill didn’t get pd on time through my direct pay option due to the renewal/replacement of my debit card, they charged me $25 per unit. That was $50 I really couldn’t afford. And they would not waive that fee, even though my account was signed up for direct pay which should have alerted them that my intentions were to pay on time, AUTOMATICALLY.
But, I still really appreciate Circle Storage. Thank you Circle 😊Directions:
